  • information you provide in an online questionnaire, quiz or enquiry;
  • information relating to your eyesight, eye health, symptoms or visual concerns;

Information collected through advertising and online forms

Anstice Optometrists may use online advertising platforms, including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, to provide information about our services and allow people to make enquiries. 

If you submit your details through an advertisement, lead form, questionnaire or quiz, the information you provide may be transmitted to Anstice Optometrists through that platform.

We may use this information to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • contact you about the service or concern you have expressed an interest in;
  • provide information about relevant Anstice Optometrists services;
  • arrange or offer an appointment;
  • follow up your enquiry; and

As an optometry practice, Anstice Optometrists may collect and hold health information about our patients.

Where information submitted through an online enquiry, advertisement or questionnaire includes information about your eyesight, symptoms, medical history or health, we will treat that information as confidential health information where applicable.

Information provided through an advertisement, quiz or online form is not a substitute for an optometric examination, diagnosis or medical advice.

We do not sell your personal or health information.

  • members of the Anstice Optometrists team involved in providing or administering your care;
  • healthcare providers involved in your care, where appropriate and authorised or otherwise permitted by law;
